My answer to an obsession with youth that can no longer be overlooked at any price, although one's own natural beauty usually falls by the wayside. It's not about age, it's about aging. Prerequisites for healthy and attractive aging are :  care at a high level, nutrition, detox treatments, exercise and a positive mindset.
